In this page, we introduce information on student recruitment, research
consultation, and how to access our laboratory. If you have any general
questions or concerns about our website, please contact us here. However,
please note that we may not be able to respond to all questions and requests
due to our limited capacity.
We are looking for graduate students, master's students, and doctoral students.
We welcome those who have a strong interest in solving global water-related
problems and who wish to improve their own abilities through research activities.
Although this is a research field related to coastal engineering, we will
conduct research based on a background in hydraulics (fluid mechanics),
so please study hydraulics thoroughly. The field of hydraulic engineering
has an atmosphere similar to that of science within the field of civil
engineering, and active research is being conducted around the world, with
much of it being published in English. I hope that you will study English
hard and, if possible, be able to publish papers in English by the time
you finish your master's degree. We have accepted many students from other
universities. If you are interested, please make an appointment and visit
us. We welcome them.
Please refer to the Civil Engineering Home Page and the website of the Graduate School of Urban Innovation for information on application guidelines.
Here are the directions to our laboratory.
